    We ship worldwide.
  2. What are the delivery terms?
    The delivery terms are from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the country.
    Shipping methods:
    Registered air parcel (Lithuania Post service) – worldwide.
    Tracking available.
  3. Do I have to pay import taxes or VAT if I live in the DE?
    All the items are shipped from Lithuania, the EU member. If you live in a EU country, you don’t have to pay any taxes.
  4. What are the possible payment methods?
    We accept credit cards and PayPal payments.
    The bank transfer payment is available for wholesale orders only.
  5. What is the minimum order value?
    The minimum order value is 20 Euro.
  6. What does the total price of the order consist of?
    The total price consists of the amount of the merchandise and the shipping cost. Handling is free.
  7. What purposes is my personal information used for?
    The information which you provide in the registration form (name, family name, phone number, address and e-mail) is used only for order processing. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties or used for any other purposes whatsoever, except for the carrier contracted by the Seller for the delivery of your purchase.
  8. Can I return a product which is in proper quality (did not like etc.)?
    Yes, you can. The merchandise which has not been used or damaged and is in the original condition can be returned within 14 days after the receipt of the goods. You can order a replacement or receive a full refund for the merchandise purchase price. The shipping expenses for the returns of decent quality merchandise are not covered.
